Please note, this is not a Booking Form and so does not make nor confirm a booking. Our reservations staff will reply to confirm all reservations and endeavour assist you with your requirements.
Deposits
When you make a reservations with us you will be required a pay deposit to secure your reservation, this is equilavent to 25% of the total tariff or of the first nights stay which ever is the greater. For all Xmas reservations a second deposit of another 25% of total tariff is to be paid before 30th Oct. You can pay your deposits by MasterCard, Visa, money order or Direct Deposit . All deposits are subject to the Cancellation Policy below.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Deposits will only be refunded (less $20.00 administration fee) if you notify us:
- During Off Peak or Low season– if notice of cancellation/amendments is received 9am on the day prior to your arrival. If notice of your cancellation is not received on 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival you will forfeit your deposit.
- During Shoulder/Xmas or peak season- School Holiday periods/Fathers day weekend -if notice of cancellation/amendments is received 30days from arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notice of your cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.
Arrival Information
Check in - from 2pm to 5.30pm , if arrival outside of these times please call reception 02 6568 1850 for after hours check-in procedures or if you have any special requirements.
Check out -10am (late check out by prior arrangement and suject to availability. Fess Apply)
Linen Hire
Bed Linen, Blankets, and Towels supplied are supplied on the double bed in the main room only.
All inen, blankets & towels for all other guests can be brought with you or hired at $10.00 per set. Set includes sheets, blankets and towels.
Pets
Pets are welcome are the Nambucca River Tourist Park on all powered and unpowered caravan, motor home and tent sites. Pets are not permitted to stay with any cabin accommodation booking.
